RETURN & EXCHANGE All returns to Urban Couture New York must be unopened and in original condition no more than 30 days after delivery. All sale items are final unless it is defective. Shipping/handling is non-refundable. Gift-wrap is non-refundable. Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value and will be fulfilled according to availability. DEFECTIVE ITEMS Customers will have 5 days from the received date of item(s) to contact us via phone or email regarding defective item(s). If customers exceeds the 5 days policy, after the item(s) was received and to notify Urban Couture New York about any defects on the product(s), Urban Couture will no longer responsible for the product. However, we do understand that there might be special exceptions. The Urban Couture New York staff and ownership will pay careful attention to the circumstances and make decisions based on the facts received. Urban Couture New York will ship back the replacement and refund the cost of return shipping at no cost to the customer, once the defective item(s) is returned to us and upon our examination that the defectiveness is under our responsibility. An agreed substitution may take place, only if the returned item(s) is out of stock. Urban Couture New York is not responsible for the replacement and refund to a false report. DOMESTIC SHIPPING All orders are shipped within the 50 states will be provided by UPS Standard Service unless you select an alternative. There is an additional shipping charge for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. Orders to these destinations will ship UPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited. Orders to APO addresses will also ship UPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited, but will not incur additional shipping charges. Additional shipping may be added to the standard shipping costs on oversized items. Most orders will ship out within 24 hours of the time we receive the order, unless specified otherwise (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Preorder items will ship out the second day they arrive. Circumstances may arise that will delay the shipping process, in which case the customer will be notified immediately. LOST PACKAGE In an event that a product is lost in transit and your package is not delivered to you within a reasonable amount of time (for both domestic and international orders) we will not be responsible for the lost packages.
